A labour of love
Art of Note is created in loving memory of my mother, Pamela Christine Clark. A red-headed force of nature with "personality plus", she was our family’s original drama queen.
Sadly, she received an early curtain call, dying of cancer at just 37 years old – leaving myself, my younger brother and father.
I hope the gilded embellishments – on the pages of the scores and librettos she loved so much – restore a little of the colour she took with her when she exited, stage left.
These pages bring together my art and hers – this way we both get to endure and bring joy to a new audience.
